Yes. Wall Street Trading Desks, Inc. maintains a complete archive of the desks installed for each client. This archive includes: desk dimensions, configurations, finishes used, etc. This archive is both in electronic and paper format and is maintained indefinitely for all projects. In addition, we have a “Matching Program” where we will match the desk style and finishes for a client who no longer wishes to utilize their previous supplier.

Typically on smaller to medium sized projects it takes 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of authorized agreement and deposit to delivery of the desks.

Additionally, we offer a Quick Ship program of 3 weeks for our Level 1 Bench System Desking.

Typically, the industry standard for a desk able to accommodate three 21” flat screen monitors is 60” wide x 36” deep for a single desk or 60” wide x 72” deep for a double (back to back) desk. We can create a space plan for you if you do not have an architect.

Our standard line of desks are available in a selection of colors and finishes from Wilsonart, Nevamar, Formica and Pionite. You always have the option to customize the desks to suit your individual needs in any color or finish.

Yes. A Wall Street Trading Desks, Inc. representative will be on-site to receive all the desk components and will remain on-site to supervise the installation of the desks.

On smaller projects (6-12 positions) typically 1 to 2 days with installation done in two phases:

Step 1 - Install the base frames for the desks - this is the support structure of the desk. The open framework of the desk allows the power and data vendors easy access to run cables and terminate them.

Step 2 - Install back/end panels, worksurfaces, desk returns and pedestal drawers upon completion of the power and data cabling.

Cable management is a key component of our desk systems. Cable trays and power/data termination boards are located inside the desk base frame. Please see the Power and Data Cable Management section for details.

Each desk position usually comes with an under worksurface pedestal drawer either box/box/file or file/file. They are lockable, mobile, metal with metallic paint finish. Upgrades to plastic laminate and wood veneers are also available.

Yes. A complete set of shop drawings will be provided for “sign off” either by you or your architect before the order is released for production. Sample finishes will be provided upon request.
